PREORDERS

Please note the following for all pre-orders placed with Lola Cerina Boutique:

• Payment for item is charged immediately.
• If you purchase other in-stock items along with your pre-order those items may be HELD and shipped with your preorder depending on which warehouse location items are at. If in doubt, check out preorder items separately.  
• For returns/cancellations on pre-orders we follow our normal return policy, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. 
• The date listed on the pre-order page is an approximate shipping window based on our manufacturer.

• Lastly, if for any reason the pre-order item(s) are unable to be fulfilled for whatever reason a FULL refund will be issued to initial form of payment immediately.
