$8.10 FLAT RATE ON ALL U.S. ORDERS 

Once an order is placed it will be fulfilled. We do not CANCEL orders.  In the event we an order can be canceled, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund to cover transaction fees incurred. Most orders are processed within 2-8 business days.  Expected delivery is 5-12 business days following shipment date.  We are located in the Midwest so sometimes winter weather may cause a delay.  SHIPPING TIMES - we ship from several locations. Most items ship in 1-4 business days & some ship in 7-12 business days with tracking/label created 2-4 business days prior to USPS pickup from our warehouse). We have started adding shipping times in the item descriptions for the 7-12 day items. Please note these timelines are approximate, we & our staff are human and delays can occur, lastly, we cannot control carrier delays. If your concerned, let us know and we will update you on status. 

    It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered.  Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for duty fees or taxes related to International shipments.

    International Shipping | We do ship to Canada.  We are not responsible for any duty fees or fees of any kind in relation to shipping internationally.  Please note that free shipping codes earned in our Loyalty program are in the amount of US shipping only.  That amount will be deducted from your total order when the code is used.  It will not be for the full amount of International shipping. 

     

    RETURNS

    We are confident you will love your purchase and customize our sizing to reflect the same recommendations we would make face to face.  However, we realize that sometimes it isn't going to be love.  All returns must be approved via email - email us at shop@lolacerina.com to initiate your return or exchange.

    We offer the following return options:

    • Ship to us at your expense and we will issue a refund in the form of store credit via an electronic gift card via email for the amount paid for the item (shipping not included).  
    • Exchange for same item in a different size - ship to us at your expense and we will cover shipping back to your on the size exchange.  All exchanges must be approved prior to sending item back to be certain we have the exchange available.  We will not hold items for exchange. 
    • Sale items discounted 40% or more are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged - this includes DOORBUSTER items. 
    Returns/Exchanges must be initiated and approved via email to shop@lolacerina.com within 10 days of delivery or the date your order becomes available for pickup.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair and with all tags attached. Lola Cerina logo tag must be attached to all items.  Returns/Exchanges not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted and will be forfeited. We will not ship them back to you. 
     
    Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for paying return shipping. 

    Final Sale/Non-Returnable - Accessories, Jewelry, Intimates and Final Sale Items are NOT returnable.
